You may think that being a cash pay patient is not an option for you, but we may be able to make it a reality.

FINANCING

Allergan has teamed up with local financial institution in order to provide financing for the LAPBAND® Procedure.  Call 1.877.LAPBAND or 1.877.527.2263 Option 4. 

Ethicon also offers financing with a special discount for the Realize band.  For more information call 1-866-REALIZE.

HOSPITAL PACKAGES

Hamilton Medical Center and Memorial Hospital both offer a discounted Cash Pay price of between $18,000 to $19,000.  This package includes preadmission testing, surgery, surgeon, assistant, and support groups.

OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER

If you meet specific criteria you may be a candidate for surgery at the Hamilton Ambulatory Surgery Center which has a cash pay price of $14,500* ($14,500 is discounted cash pay price, price is $14,900 if payment is received by a form other than cashier's check or money order updated 3/25/08).

An additional cash pay option exists if you meet the following criteria:

This surgical package includes surgeon, surgical assistant, outpatient surgery center, anesthesia, the band, and follow up support. 

You will be responsible for obtaining a list of required pre-admission tests and x-rays two weeks prior to surgery.  This option does require a commitment to follow up with us for at least one year.  Contact our office for more information or to determine whether or not you are a candidate.

If you choose to cash pay for your surgery your follow up and surgeons adjustment fees are included for the first year. You will be charged a facility fee for adjustments which will depend upon the facility.
